❌ Non-Refundable Items


We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Orders paid via Cash on Delivery but refused without valid reason




💸 Refund Method




  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or STC Pay, depending on your preference.




  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.




🔄 Exchange Policy




  • If you wish to exchange a product (size, color, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours.




  • Exchanges are only allowed for unused, sealed items.
