We offer refunds in the following cases:
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive a product that you did not order, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Not Delivered
If your order has not been delivered within 15 business days, and it is confirmed lost, a full refund will be issued.
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
Change of mind after the product is delivered
Product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Orders paid via Cash on Delivery but refused without valid reason
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or STC Pay, depending on your preference.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
If you wish to exchange a product (size, color, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours.
Exchanges are only allowed for unused, sealed items.
